hmm...my nutritionist said I did "great" but I restrict to 600-900 calories?! LOL

I don't understand her...LOL she said I did great LOL wtf...and I lost 4.5 lbs in total weight, lost body fat and gained lean weight (which I don't even know what lean weight is? like muscle maybe? LOL I don't know)

Heres what I ate the past couple days...does it sound healthy to you?

Thursday:

1 cup plain non fat yogurt (110 calories)
1/2 cup thawed mixed berries (maybe 50 cals?)

3 string cheese (70*3 calories)
turkey sandwich (maybe 175 calories? light wheat bread which is 35 cals per slice and maybe 2 oz turkey and a piece of lettuce, no mayo)

1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese (90 calories)
2 slices pineapple (60 cals)

2 cups popcorn (60 cals)

Total 755 calories

Friday:

2 pb crackers (66 calories)

tuna sandwich (70+50+25 calories)

1 cup plain non fat yogurt (110 cals)
1/2 cup mixed berries (maybe 50 cals?)

tuna sandwich (70+50+25 calories)

cheesy broccoli (180 calories)

Total 696 calories

Saturday:

4 pb crackers (133 calories)

1 piece homemade pizza (maybe 350 calories?)

1/2 cup cottage cheese (90 calories)
2 slices pineapple (60 calories)

Total 633 calories
Sunday

1/2 cup cottage cheese (90 cals)
2 slices pineapple (60 cals)

2 eggs (76*2 cals)
2 slices light wheat toast (70 cals)
margerine (100 cals?)

3/4 a piece of pizza (maybe 300 calories?)

Total 772 calories
 
Are you on a high carb diet doll? You have lots of bread and cheese in your diet.

Sounds healthy but that is some big time carb is all.

LOL it's less than half the carbs per day I'm supposed to have...the light wheat bread is only 17 carbs for two pieces...the pizza has a lot of carbs probably and the crackers, but thats all...oh and fruit too...

and cheese doesn't have very many carbs :rolleyes:
 
Cottage cheese has carbs, depends on if it's 2% or 4%.2% has about 15 carbs,4% has about 30 carbs,1% has about 9 carbs

Oh and WOOHOOO WTG with the "restricting" it sounds like such a healthy well balanced diet you have going there. And since its NOT what the Dr ordered i am sure it will be just perfect for you. After all, you do know better than a stupid old Doctor any day dontcha.

hehe I just got back from my ob/gyn...my appointment was at 1:30. I'm gonna make a new thread, but I'm not pregnant, I don't have an std, I don't have a yeast infection and I didn't even have a bacterial infection last time even though she thought it looked like one LOL she did another culture to check again to make sure but she doesn't think I have an infection.

I've always heard that anything under 1000 calories a day is unhealthy.. unless you have an EXTREMELY low metabolism.. but I'm no doctor, so you should probably listen to your doctor over me.. ;)

I think she just didn't realize how little calories it was...b/c I used like light wheat bread thats 35 calories per slice, instead of 110 that most have...
