seriously, it depends on the volume of submissions and whether or not a contest is going on. Can be as quick as five days or as long as ten. Contest submissions sometimes get up in two.

It depends on a number of factors, like the category, whether there is a contest going on, the barometric pressure.

But generally it takes about a week.

There was actually a thread about it, but not many people post their results.
