Did some tying last night. DB and Shanks should enjoy this one, as it was another shoot with c, and, to make it better for you two, he did wear frilly panties. Talk about an accomodating guy. Wore a hood too, as he'd just recently gotten it in. Hey, why not, right?

It did result in an interesting IM exchange last night with a friend.

It was funny. I wanted some hi-top Cons for lifting (Cons are the best shoes for lifting. If you lift weights, and are serious, throw away your trainers and gets some Cons. You will be more stable, and experienced lar less torsional stress in your knees and ankles due to the constructions of ths Cons, lo-top or hi. The soles are _that_ good. You'll lift better too due to lack of compression of the soles. Mechano-receptors and other geeky reasons why). I hit Shoe Carnival looking for 'stealth' Cons and found some bad-ass 'Sailor Jerry' hi-tops instead.

Well, they were doing a buy one got one half-off sale, so I figured I'd call my gal and she if she wanted some shoes. She's asking me what they have, describe some styles, wandering around the store, and then she says on the phone "Oh yeah, those are some cute shoes". I ask her if she's looking at them on the web. She says, "No, I'm one aisle over from you." She happened to be in the area and swung by while we were talking

In the end, she liked the Cons I was getting and needed some new sneaks herself. We saw all these funky cool shoes, but kept coming back to the cool skully Cons that you saw. They're really just that damned cool. If they'd had a pair like that in men's hi-tops, I would've been tempted.

I just wish someone had size 9 feet so I could get rid of the boots I stupidly bought at Hot Topic. It would've been fine IF I wasn't a size 8. I needed the boots for Dragon*Con, figured I could wear them with big socks. Riiiight. So not. <waits for more photos>

They needed personality though. IYM came home with really cute laces (one pair of hot pink stars and skulls, and another of black and pink checks) He'd bought for me at Hot Topic, right after I purchased the sneeks.

Yum, sinn. Just plain yummy. .. The foam's a good idea. They're knee-high boots. And fake leather. H**l, I think they're plastic, not even a "good" fake leather. So sweating's an issue. I'm going to put some nice, thick insoles in them one of these days, try wearing them with knee-high nylons and see what happens. That should work. They're really cute with these turn-of-the-century western dresses I have. And I love how the heels shoot me up closer to 5'11".

Eh, there was not a huge amount of stress on the shoulders in that tie. Probably more than would be good to put on your shoulders, but it's not a reverse prayer or anything like that.

Hogtied is well known for some really, seriously rough ties. They do not fuck about, nor back away from serious pain. There've been numerous ties they've done that I would NOT go near, because I'm not willing to take the chances they take. That said, those folks do it for a living. The risks taken are acceptable risks for their standards.

In the case of this tie, it was extreme, and quite pain ful, but the only issue I had with it was the sloppiness of the wraps. There's a reason for it, but for those tying at home, try to keeps you wraps neat and even. It looks better and has less chance of pinching the skin and causing linear contusions.

That said, he had reasons for it. First off, this is a rough tie, so he is not going to dawdle with taking the time to produce nice even wraps. The longer that girl is in those ropes, the long she is hurting and possibly getting injured. Some skin trauma becomes acceptable risk in the face of possible merve damage or circulatory issues. The second is simpler. He wanted the tie to hurt. He made clear that this sort of tie should be used only when you want your bottom in some serious pain.

That said, it was supported, held in place, and well done. And while it was extreme, there were a lot of subtle elements in place making it less painful than it could be. Yes, her ankles were tied to her breasts, but the breasts were supported by the table she was on. Yes, each time her ankles moved, it pulled painfully on her breasts, but you'll note that he tied those lines underneath her wrist tie, will supported those lines and mitigated the movement issue.
