Desperately need affirmation

sudden and severe deterioration of mental health

could be schizotypal or borderline personality disorders affecting individuals within the existing multiple personality disorder structure

seeing a shrink asap
 
just calm down and quit fretting about everything so much. You'll drive yourself mad if you worry to much about this stuff. I had to learn to let things go a long time ago and only focus on what I can control.

shrinks are good a helping one in the act of self exploration. In my own case my initial crisis was an accumulation of denial, avoidance, and the lack of self acceptance. Use clarity as a tool, differentiate that which you can fix and that which is not(usually the exterior stuff) Learning what is truly relevant and what is a projection of a false need is very helpful. Letting go is most important regardless of what you do. It is okay to be faulty and human....ideals are unrealistic. Living in the moment is the only true reality, how will you craft your thoughts for that moment? All thought is a construct of experience and assumptions...whether it be past events or future...so the now...is the only relevent thing...and if you "think brightly" all will be at least tolerable.

lol thank you Tiffany:kiss:, it was not always so. I am just untangling the mess in my head. It is fascinating in that even with clarity if one does not act.....the behavorial part of being will continue to undermind one. Old habits give us the idea of permanence that things will never change and feed despair. But as a mentor has taught me, habits and behaviors are not who we are and as such are changeable. We can be anything we desire. Just be it...lol sounds easy eh? The only thing is to realize that we make our thoughts..once again...how shall we craft them? *grin* I love this concept because it means that be it fantasy or reality all exists within us....what is the difference? Reality is fluid.
 
Well i've stabilized a bit, but i'm having to deal with the new frustration having a friend who is getting some while i'm not.
