he's trying to claim this is a healthy, balanced meal...healtheir than what I ate (a hamburger without a bun and 1/2 cup chili and a few crackers...over the course of a day...)

LOL

and thats all you ate, where as the pot pie is only a portion of what should be eaten.

Ummmm, Oscar..Are you insane?

You should not have over 60 grams of fat in a whole day

Welp...you'll never convince me that it is healthy. I won't even get started on the 1.5G of transfat, which is already enough to tell me I won't eat it.

I'm pretty sure that nutrition facts posted on the sides of prepackaged foods is per serving. 2 servings, double those nutrition facts.

Maybe sweetvee can explain to oscar what a carotid endarterectomy is. I'm sure if he keeps eating that, he'll need one in a few short years.

Not at risk. I don't smoke, I eat well (even chicken pot pies and guess what.. cheese fries, and hamburgers). My cholesterol is in check, as is my blood pressure, I'm actually losing weight, and I get a medium amount of exercise...

And once again, I only suggested this as part of a balanced diet.. i love that facts are ignored.

No facts are ignored Oscar. That is not a balanced diet. Keep eating that, it's better known as artery goo. You have no problems now, but you have no idea what the long term effects will be. Hint: They aren't good.

what part of *part* did you not see?

I said PART of a balanced diet, not "this is a balanced diet"
Nor was I advocating eating this for every meal or even every day. I merely offered it to her as something that was healthier than something she was eating or not eating at the time...

i sure as hell don't want someone messing with the artery that feeds my brain. hence why i do my best to make sure it wont' be clogging up anytime soon.
