I've got a $25 Amazon voucher burning a hole in my inbox, but everytime I think of spending it, I can't think what I should buy.
Suggestions?

Do you have a favorite movie that's on DVD?

A favorite band or singer's CD?

Some iPod or mp3 music downloads?

Do you have a favorite author--a print or talking book of theirs?

A gift for someone?

Or maybe a playhouse for your pet chicken. :D

all that te said or maybe something nice for the kitchen? or something for the computer?

Don't stress. I'm sure I'll like whatever you pick out to send me. :D

LOL I was going to say the same as Rumple, but I actually had a book title in mind!

What about something about writing, publishing or anything that turns you on?

A book " The Kings of New York" by Michael Weinrib. It's a most unlikely subject for a book but brilliantly written. I won't say more but check out the reviews.

Just more proof that great minds think alike. :D

If the Starrkers-unit wants to buy (and keep) a book, then maybe:
Decisions, Decisions: The Art of Effective Decision Making by David A. Welch

Just a thought.

Well... I'm buying a book (or two) on writing with my xmas book vouchers!

Self-Editing for Fiction Writers is probably first on my list...

I think half the problem is I so rarely buy anything for myself, I don't know where to start

I got a voucher from a lovely reader some months ago. I spent it on The Writer's Market. Interesting research available in that.

Hmmm, DIY - that's a good thought.

3- things to know before you're 30 - I'm well over 30 and, luckily, know those things (well 28 of them).

I didn't actually look at the list of 30 things, I just got tired of googling and that was actually the first Amzon link Google turned up in four tries. :p
