I put 'other' cause I don't do goals, but not cause it's overwhelming, but cause you never know what's gonna happen that'll make those goals moot point. I have general kinda goals, but that's about it.
Yes. I'm really into to do lists. I love them. I like to set small goals like reorganizing my closet, baking, doing the laundry, etc. I don't always meet all of these goals, but then they get bumped to the next weekend.
I have also set some medium size goals and met several of them recently, and I am working on coming up with new career and financial goals (since there's been a lot of change in my life recently - need new goals!).
I am a goal generalist, throw lots of energy in a general enough direction that I can fine tune as needed. I am not a detail person. I write my five year plan more often than my grocery list.
Yes...I set goals, most of us do I believe but far too often life gets in the way of fruition. I don't let that stop me though. I like Netz rewrite my list often.
My aspirations are not easily definable... just a slight shift and perspective... an effort to step outside myself and see the world through others eyes. Accept and embrace the world as it is. Try not to push so hard. Want less... give more... Let go of expectations. Relax let the world surprise me, enjoy the unexpected rather than complain about what I cannot control.
Don't sweat the small stuff... remember it is all small stuff.
