It isn't false nobility, it's a character trait called integrity.

Considering that BDSM relationships require the establishment of trust, and honesty is a key ingredient in building that trust, it stands to reason that you would want to start off being honest. Being caught out in a lie, then dismissing the one who points out the lie, tells us more about your character than perhaps you intended.

If what you seek is an online roleplaying type relationship, then may I suggest that saying so might be a good way to start off. Lots of people want that, why create confusion by starting off things with an add that sounds like you may want a realtime relationship?
