It seems the SRP forum is filled up, but I have made such an interesting race and history, I just have to put these girls in a story.
You know those Chilla Pet kits you got in the 70s and 80s, what if instead of a packet of moss seeds, it was a packet of un-coded stem cells.
Just extract some DNA from your neighbors (in this case neighboring planets) and incubate until the cells turn into a fetus, then use a transporter for a direct beam into an earth mother, so it's believed she has twins.
While in puberty, internal mutations should start rewriting DNA sequences.
By adulthood the transformation should be complete, and the alien hybrid would be fully Xorn (actual spelling).
This processes has been much improved with genetic enhancements and cybernetic implants, in fact they are somewhat like the Borg on Star Trek, but instead of taking the information they want, the Zorn ask for it, and instead of trying to reach perfection, the Zorn (immortal gods) are just trying to survive among violent mortals.
The Zorn are now born as larva (out anus), and quickly wrapped in a kind of webbing that dries in the sun.
The soft chrysalis is taken to a damp cave where it hardens into a co-coon.
When the Zorn break out of this co-coon, he or she is 18 year old (as curious and innocent as a 2 year old).
Multiple Zorn larva are spun in this casing, but the second doesn't usually survive.
Mary is one of the lucky ones, and this is where our story begins, with twin Zorns (no Zorn needs a penis in them for procreation or arousal, but if there is one, it must enter in the back entrance for they have no genitals).
Note: Mary's sister Crystal (race can project thoughts) is for voyeurism only unless specified otherwise.
Now that I have the characters (not identical twins), what can I do with them?
By the way, all Zorns are born mortal (don't wear clothes, are all blue, have wings), becoming gods and goddesses later in life.
