fkn epilepsy :mad:

Oh no, you poor thing. I have a friend with something similar. Some days are good....some, not so much.

I just put a transfer on a t-shirt for a friend. I can't wait to give it to her - it's of a cartoon we both used to love. I made one for me too...and also another one which says "w00t". :D I only wear these kind of tshirts around the house and to the gym.

Hey all

Hey all how is it in Aussie this New years?......and a special hello to Sharon....how are things with you?

lol it isn't a regular thing, it's not as if i have one every three days, once a week or even once every six months - they usually come between one and two years apart. Am on meds, but obviously something went wrong last night grr :(

Damn it, you must have found those silly pills I left behind!:eek:

I'm sorry... I shouldn't have left them lying around!:rolleyes:

Hope you're feeling a bit better smartly, my friend!:rose:

Sex is good ;) don't like bourbon and shoe sale can't be bothered but I'm here :)

Been flat out with speedway ever since Boxing Day - there's been a meeting every 3 days and supposed to be 2 days this weekend (Fri/Sat) but it was washed out last night so we get to try again tonight :rolleyes: Hope it's not late because I have to be up at 6.30 tomorrow to set up dialysis machine so we can take fasting blood tests for Gil's renal appointment tomorrow afternoon, when I also have a gym training session :eek:

Collapse into bed early Monday!:eek:

Ah, so a busy weekend for you - well, you're excused, but don't let it happen again! ;)

Where where and where again? I'd like all three thanks!

Yesterday I took the gremlins home - and swore at a lot of truck drivers!

Well, I knew each of the beacons has worked in the past, so I set all three... some people just like a lot :devil: . Truck drivers, hmm? Well, I can't say all of them deserve a swearing-at - except at peak hour or in the rain!

:eek: Sounds good to me...but can I swap the Bourbon for a nice glass of red??

Certainly you can :D

And so ends my attempt to gain some attention (bit silly to set the beacons when I was on the way to work, though) - whose turn is it next?

Can't help it if you can't hold on.... wet and slippery.... and it's your fault!

That new tale is just a bit hot, babe :devil::kiss:

thanks, babe. it's in Loving Wives, which is the kiss of death for feedback and votes. i did submit it to exhib/voy, but. . . :rolleyes:

hope your weekend went well. early sunday here. rugby later - watching not playing!

I didn't think it warranted being in Loving Wives either... after all, the only thing that was "wifelike" about it, was the fact that she was married.... and quite frankly that made little difference to the story IMHO...

I voted for it anyway....and not in a troll fashion either ;)

thanks, B.

so far it has 12 votes and a score of 3.33 - my lowest score ever! Loving Wives? that is such a misnomer :rolleyes: ah well, ce la vie, got that longer one in for edit at the mo. depends when rosez gets around to it.

have a great week, babe. . . whichever city you're in! :kiss:

Well we survived the speedway, some good racing although that damn Yank won the $50,000 AGAIN :rolleyes: Dust, dust and more dust - after the mud, mud and more mud of Saturday night, and very sticky heat too :rolleyes: I had to shower when we got home I was caked in it!

Managed to get the blood tests to the hospital by 9am - plenty of parking, next to no traffic....why can't it be like that every day??? :D

:confused::eek: what blood tests everyday ??????? I don't want that. :(

Cricket? Hell no! I'm pick painting over watching cricket ANY day! :rolleyes: I'm using oil-based paint...for the trim/windows, so it wasn't too bad. Actually, exterior paint is always quite flexible, so it usually looks okay (as long as it doesn't bubble! I'm painting the eastern side/front of the house, so it is shaded in the arvo anyway. It was much harder painting the back because of the afternoon sun issue.) It's imporrible to paint outside when it's windy...hot is just annoying.
Last day of painting will be tomorrow - thank goodness! Then I can get back to making time for my new hobbies - I have booked my first singing lesson :eek: and my boy has offered for me to take a stone carving class with him. I think that sound like great fun!

What! No Howzat or Oi Oi Oi or Gilly Gilly Gilly...why that's like saying Meat Pies are fattening.

I used to live in a weatherboard house which was cool in summer but the painting was a pain. I've done the painting in the heat thing so I can sympathize. Going to be heading to 40C here in sunny Melbourne by mid week and guess what I'll be doing. Although I have discovered that cleaning the shower whilst naked is OK. However painting naked might be a bit of a problem.

I reckon stone carving is one way to cancel out noise...chisel on rock...funny how a punishment is now a hobby...how civilized we have become. I'm not sure why but when anyone mentions singing as a hobby I think back to an episode of that British comedy 'ello ello' when Rene's wife would sing and the cheese would be brought out immediately so that people could stuff it in their ears. If he takes you to a cheese tasting...its a sign.

I see the bush fires in WA are not getting better in a hurry. Hope things get better soon.

Evening all,

Just posting a note.

I hope you aren't flooded or stranded with all this crazy weather. Nice and cool today in Melbourne but we're heading for those 40's again this week.

Well I'm off to cook whilst it is still cool.

Hiya Every One
How are ya all tonight.
I am hot tired and grouchy lmao...
Its a good time now both kids are in bed...
One got sent there early for bad behaviour
So I get a bit of peace tonight lol...
Hugs everyone:rose::kiss:

Party where's the party???
You gonna be there too?????
Hope your feeling better today:rose::kiss:

yeah feeling better - wasn't that much of a stretch to do so lol. will go see a doc on wednesday - fkn getting sick right before fkn pay day lol - and go through the usual cliches...

Nope, nakie painting is the best way to go. Just make sure your neighbours aren't sneeking peeks! :eek:
First day back at work for me and it sealed me on looking for another job.
I will of course stick with this one until then but I don't think I am being paid enough for the crap I have to deal with.

Funny thing is the 3 permanent staff they have are all looking for work elsewhere.. kinda tells you something hey.

Hope those who haven't been feeling well are on the mend.

I totally sympathise with you. If there is more than one person looking for work at the same time, there is something amiss with the company. The place I just left, 2 others (out of a total of 10 of us, by the way) were looking too. The company before that 11 resigned the month that I did. :eek:
I was VERY careful about this move...I'm aiming to get long service leave this time!!So, today...the first day at my new company was great! So many new faces...I'm sure I've forgotten everyones names already!

Hello to everyone else who is around. I hope you're all well...or at least on the mend.:rose:

It all passed in a blur to me.. I couldn't take it in last night. I'm starting to hate that place, not the racing, just all the backstabbing, game playing bullshit. :mad:

Damn can't people leave the childish games behind them???
Sounds like high school..
Hugs hope things improve
Love to everyone
Time this aussie went to bed lol
:kiss::rose::kiss::rose::kiss:
