Hi everyone, just wanted to quickly introduce myself. I'm a 30 y/o male living in Western Carolina, not far from Ga. I've been (unknowingly) a submissive for pretty much of my entire teenage/adult life. I say "unknowingly", because in retrospect I felt like a submissive, yet never had the opportunity explore that side of myself and never "knew" that I was a submissive or that this lifestyle existed. I'd say simply because most of the girls I dated in hs, college, and post-college were all vanilla (and if they did have any sort of Domme side, I wasn't aware)., and I was never exposed to D/s relationships.

As I grew older, and with the advent of the internet, I was able to research and find others just like myself. I had no idea how many D/s type people are actually out there!

I'm interested in chatting with others in the lifestyle to make friends, and further explore this side of myself. I feel certain this is a good place to start making friends (I've read alot of the posts here already). I'd especially like to meet others who live "close-by".

To explain further- I am a pretty dominant person in "real life". In the work setting, and with out with friends, I'm a pretty outspoken guy. However, in a relationship, I just feel the need to submit to another's desires and wishes, and to serve and please them. I'm not so much into the "bondage and leather" aspects of BDSM, but I'm open to new things.... life is a journey.

Anyway, I look forward to posting here, chatting, and meeting new folks. Wanna know anything else? Just IM me or PM me. I have a yahoo account, so you can hit me up there if you wish!

welcome! I'm in kind of the same situation you are.. except I'm married to a vanilla woman.. good luck to you! :)

Welcome Ace. Enjoy your time here and hope you find what you're looking for.

Welcome Ace.

I am guessing by the number at the end of your screen name that you are a fellow Rush fan....

Best of luck exploring this lifestyle. The key thing to remember is that this lifestyle is a journey, not a sprint. There is no destination, it is all about the road you are traveling. Take your time and enjoy it to the fullest.

If you want to chat, feel free to him me up in PMs.

Spend some time exploring this board, there is a lot to be learned... and some good friends to be made from all stripes of the lifestyle.
