No, in reality no request (slightly different from suggestion) can be taken as an order if the person doesn't want to do it, however a similar scenario to this did actually happen.

A woman who was sexually repressed, but had loads of sexual fantasies and sometimes held back urges, went to a hypno therapist to quit chain smoking.
Because the problem was so involved (from event in the past) the treatment took longer than expected.
It was supposed to last a few months, but it ended up to about a year and half.

After talking with her for a few weeks, he grew infatuated with this woman, and his crush quickly turned into lust after seeing the kinds of things she was wearing.

He'd always put her in deep hypnosis and record the session, but each time, he would stop the tape in the middle of the session, and reword the suggestions to "you want" rather than "you will" pertaining to her uncomfortably about nudity or implied nudity, and her distaste for promiscuity (including releasing pent up orgasms in the bathtub and shower).

This type of hypnosis I don't see as immoral (word for without occupation) but is unethical (word for occupation).
