Indeed it is not. And it is also not "needing to pee." [that's the other myth about it] I've cleaned out my bladder, stayed away from liquids for hours beforehand, and there's still gushing involved. I concur with you , any partner that isn't understanding should slapped up the head, When my Ex first did it , it was surprising ,but I wasn't disgusted by it.
