For holiday snackin goodies I made two kinds of biscotti: vanilla with pistachios and dried cherries and chocolate with hazelnuts and candied ginger. And both kinds dipped in white chocolate. :)

Oh, I love biscotti. Collette sent me delicious biscotti of her own creation, with candied ginger, pecans, chocolate, and a bit of clementine zest. Mouthwatering. She also sent tins of::heart:
If there are, we don't want to know them.
They are clearly lacking any semblance of a soul.

*shuns them*

I can't believe you just posted giant photos of my goodies for all to see.

;)

your goodies look luscious!! I want one of those bittersweet peppermint bark brownies right now with an ice cold glass of milk! You did a beautiful job Collette.

This thread is just too delicious for various reasons! Food and the company it keeps!:rose: Lovely treats Collette! ;):rose:

Most excellent goodies. One of these days, I'll get a camera that works, and I can show you the cookies cheesysussie sent me. They are as tasty as Collete's goodies look.

If possible, I'd share a couple of big ole brownies and milk with you right now. I have you to thank for the idea, anyway. I made your peppermint bark and loved it, then tried to think of a way to use it so that it would keep well to ship out West. :rose:

Thanks, sweetie! To repeat what Batchie said earlier...

I'd love to see (and taste) them!

It's funny. I've been cooking feasts for loved ones for years, but I've never done the "goodies as gift" before, as I've never been much of a baker. This year, thanks to Collette's wonderfully easy brittle recipe, I am giving out several tins of pine nut brittle as gifts.

That is definitely the main reason I love this thread: the wonderful people it attracts.

Happy Holidays, my friends.
