looking for female anime fans

Lifetime female fan here, all thanks to my brothers. LOL

I'm watching Deathnote right now. Just got the Vol 2 DVD. :)

Awesome and yeah deathnote is one of best you'll love it i've seen the entire animie in japanese and read the manga A-class series. So what other anime do you like?
 
Haha I'm one! I love anime; I've been hooked on it for awhile now. Though I'm slowly graduating to watching japanese television dramas instead, anime is always good to watch. I'm currently waiting for the rest of Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni to be translated so I can watch it.

I absolutely love anime! My favs are Lupin III, Marmalade Boy, Akira, Elfen Lied, Kite, Naruto (currently watching Naruto: Shippūden ep 39 in fansub :) ), and too many more to name! :p I have watched Death Note, Bleach, Airmaster, Ranma 1/2, Fruits Basket, my list could go on and on and on... :p I love to hear about new animes coming out. So if anyone knows of something new that is out, please let me know :D

Do you like gundam cause gundam 00 is awesome, you should also take a look at prince of tennis, D grayman, eyeshield 21, one piece, and shigurui.

I have watched a few episodes of Gundam, but not very much. I did love Prince of Tennis, can't wait til I get my hands on more episodes :) Didn't really care for One Piece though, but what is Shigurui about? Oh, and I do plan on looking into the others I've never heard of. :D

Shigurui is a very violent anime about samurai, its only 12 episodes long but really good, and yeah not alot of people like one piece so sad but true, as for me I don' t care for naruto its to childish for my taste.


But anyway do you know about saiyaman they have alot of raw anime that comes out weekly.

Awww...don't look down on Naruto because it's made for the young. It's a little bit of fun, which is why I like it. Not always so serious, and really kinda makes me stop thinking for a bit and relax.

And i do like all kinds of anime, so Shigurui will hit my list of "Must See's". :) I usually get most of my anime through bit torrents on a.scarywater.net and other sites here and there that some friends have recommended.

If I knew more than a handfull of japanese words, I would go to saiyaman for anime. I've seen a few cool ones I really want to see there, but I would not totally understand what was going on without the subs.

I agree, Cowboy Bebop is HOT! ;) So is Samurai Champloo. I love the fact that those are great animes plus they have the best soundtracks too! :D
 
Naruto, Full metal alchemist, Bleach among the new ones of the old Grandizer, Transformers G1 (not the new cgi crap) and Robotech.

Thats cool everybody has their own thing, naruto just doesn't appeal to me is all, but I am a fan of bleach Tousen is the dude. and i'm sure you'll like shigurui.

Been reading and wrote couple of my own stories on this site but new to the threads. anyways i saw this title and jumped in as i would love an anime companion, someone to chill with and talk to about anime, games, sports, etc.

any female anime fans in San Diego??:)

You know what? You made me pull out my series of Cowboy Bebop and watch a few episodes before work. And when I got home I felt the need to see "Knockin' on Heaven's Door" , the Cowboy Bebop movie. I was so addicted to the series when it first came out....and still a bit addicted now :p
 
I own many anime movies but don't go searching for them. I get the urge to watch them every now and then.

I like ninja scroll (sp?)
