Comic book idea (rated R for nudity, sexual themes, and suggestive dialog)

I have this non porn idea that I need help with.
The characters are intertwined with historical events which I don't know too much about.

The first character I thought of parallels a real comic book character, but she is another version which I consider a parody which is part of fair use.

Birth Place: Salem Massachusetts
Star Sign: Cobra
Colors: Dark purple and bright red
Origin:
Mother (voo-doo priestess) burned at the stake, resurrected in the (haven't decided) Century.
Daughter of Giant demon disguised as human man (AKA Jack The Ripper).
Sister of immortal gypsy (resurrected mother).
Powers...
I don't wanna give it away.

She's the first female black/white villain (immortal half human Medusa-like succubus).

I'm asking for a couple things at once, so it wasn't real clear.
1: Would anyone like to help me with this project as a credited partner?
2: To be my partner, you will have to be good at history, knowing the stuff I do not know, which may make the characters and stories (stories plural) come to life (may include history for origin backstory later on).
3: I wouldn't be opposed to character suggestions and ideas for powers (not pornographic).

I already have 2:
The Dragon Lady and The Phantom Shadow (immortal ninja, now hero, permanently fused with black suit that can't exist in bright sunlight. Inspired by the Venom Spiderman).

Isn't anyone interested in helping me with this?
Here's what I need:
More superheros and villains (hero must have equal but opposite powers to villain or a personality conflict)
Ideas for powers (not for pornographic use)
A semi believable bio with intriguing history
Story settings (must mesh well with storyline)
Realistic props (not just magical)
Ultimate goal bringing the story together

Remember, although this is not pornographic, it can be and should be a little erotic.
PM me your ideas.
With all of this info, I'll attempt to make a story out of it (for private use until specified otherwise).

I looked at those and decided not to join.
I am very self conscious about Web rules, legal stuff, and privacy, so I have to find one with the right ToS and privacy policy.

Copyright theft is also an issue that should be addressed.

youre asking alot from people who just want to read sex stories. regardless of the ToS and etc. of the other sites, you would have more luck there.
