Welcome to the Literotica Weather Tower.

This thread is for sharing a decription of the current weather conditions where you live.

Please give an 'idea' of where you are located (state, or country and which section of the country... at least).
Approx. temperature?
Raining? Snowing?
Whatever else may apply..... if you like.

Please contribute daily if you can.
Feel free to add updates when and as often as changes occur, if you like. Provide as many details as possible.
Photos are welcome and ENCOURAGED!

FALL RIVER, MASSACHUSETTS
CURRENT CONDITIONS: Cloudy, breezy. The ground is wet after an overnight rainfall. The temperature is 50.8F at 7:59AM.

In my time here at Literotica I've read many posts of people talking about the weather. I've added my own observations, for my area, to most of those.

It's always interesting to read what it is like outdoors in other parts of the country or on other continents around the world. With the diversity of locations within the group here, we could cover a fairly wide range if enough care to contribute each day.

I am waiting for a storm which has been forecast to run through this section of New England tonight.

I'll sit here wondering, (as we always do here, on the southeastern-most coastal region of Massachusetts) whether it will dump any evidence of accumulation, a foot or two, or nothing at all. That's how it is here. It's almost always hit or miss.

(8 views, an hour and a half later... no weather anywhere else today, it seems.. )

It's a bit cool here, but I doubt I'll need a jacket. I've got some driving to do today, and that might change my clothing needs once I get there. Otherwise, not a bad day, especially for December.

Pretty cold, around freezing point, but with a nice, clear blue sky.
Temperature is about to drop in the next days.

74 F. Dry and static-y. Messy conditions persist at the desk and the kitchen is partly grotty, though expected to clear some around 4pm.

Outside, where I actually do have to go today to the PO we have

"Fair. 2 degrees. Feels like 2 degrees." High of 26, so I think I'll go do my PO run in the afternoon.

For some reason, single digit temps just seem to express cold more pointedly to me. Multiple degree negative temps may be colder, but my temperate zone mind just boggles at the thought.

Cloudy and misty here today, 92% humidity and cold....minimum expected of 3C (is currently 4C so may go lower than 3 through the night I expect), max was around 7C I believe. Tomorrow is predicted to be colder and Friday below 0.

2 degrees is double layer weather and a brisk pace here. -36 is throw on everything you own at once and suffer, motherfucker.

Did I ever say I was kind of a halfassed masochist? I take it back.

See that kind of bone-chilling damp Euro cold is what you get in NYC. I'd rather do -2 here than 35 and windy at home.

Currently, it's -1 C here, feeling like -6 C. Wind is from the west at 20kmh. Clear, with scattered clouds. Unlimited ceilings, 69 percent humidity. Barometric pressure is at 102.51kPA and rising. No more precipitation expected until the weekend and the streets are nearly cleared, so it's back to class tomorrow.

In other news, my manly man snowman has a dick again, and it didn't fall off again when it got super cold last night.

Today - Cold Really Friggin COLD!
Thursday - Didn't think it could get colder but dammit it will be
From now until April - Cold, wet, snowy, friggin cold!!!

Oh did I mention its cold??
I complain but I truly love this weather. Especially when it get to be -40 or -50 without the wind chill....my wife hates me for this.

Happy Winter!

Currently 64F and light rain here, with moderate rain possible this afternoon; high predicted for 68.

BUT: by the weekend,

"Saturday Night
Cloudy. Rain showers likely in the evening... Then snow showers likely after midnight. Lows in the upper 20s to lower 30s. Chance of precipitation 70 percent.
Sunday
Partly sunny. A chance of snow showers in the morning... Then a slight chance of snow showers in the afternoon. Highs in the upper 30s to lower 40s. Chance of snow 30 percent."

OK, explain it to me. I like brisk, but when your nose freezes up each time you inhale I wonder why I live in the Cities.

For those of you who have never experienced this fun bodily phenom, it's pretty unsettling the first day you do, lemme tell you.

It's awful, because it gets all crackly feeling and then you want to sneeze but you can't because there's nothing to sneeze out because it's all frozen... Eventually, you get a headache or a bloody nose from all the sneezing and the cold dry air.

A temperature converter will be helpful for a better understanding between the ones using Farenheit and the ones using Centigrade... (freezing point is 0°C and 32°F)

(sorry, is it me or with the new forum update links can no longer be quoted correctly?)

Thankfully no wind at all, but then it wouldn't have bothered me as I had an off day so took the opportunity to accept my son's gracious offer to pick up anything I needed from the shops and stay in.:D I have become an environmental Nazi around here (even bought a meter to measure the power useage of everything:rolleyes:) and resisted this year turning the heating on as early as I usually do, but put it on for a little while later this afternoon...once the house is warmed it goes off again.

Should be working but if not, let Manu know in a PM. I still have problems with my PM space, but not evceryone does so he needs to know problems so it can all be running smoothly.

-36??
I don't think it ever gets that cold here.
Coldest I know of, in my lifetime, in 2004 I recall a record breaking -16F at about 4am.

Where the hell are you (approximately) Netzach?

I need to find one of those C to F converter programs... never can keep the differences between the two straight in my head.

Ok...Net here is the official guide to weather in the way up here...(as i see it)
My view:
Cold - you might want to wear a jacket

Brisk - Wear underwear or your buns will freeze

Friggin Cold - Go outside and show the kids how their spit will freeze before it hits the ground

Really Friggin Cold - The dog goes to the door after 8 hrs in the kennel, looks at you and says "I'll hold it"

Holy Shit its Cold - I don't care that your bleeding, I am not leaving my spot in fornt of the fire.

My Wife/pyl's View:
Cold/Friggin Cold/Really Friggin Cold/Holy Shit its Cold - any temperture below 85 degrees

Hope this helps.

Drastic temperature drop there ... eeks. That is going to just suck.

Florida....South West..an hour or so south of Tampa.

Well it's effing beautiful out there. Sunny, clear skies. Cool breeze blowing through, col 74 degrees. Great time to be naked outdoors.

I was born and raised in Pennsylvania so I did my time thanks. Don't hate me northerners.

NEVER have experienced nor have I ever heard of such a thing.
That sounds crazy.
