I am talking seriously and I know it is mainly a "poverty" level mentality to do it, except in Canada where we seem to hear of it often ... in Canada. I'm, happy it's changing over there. Would you be so kind as to tell us how it is changing in your eyes? How you have seen it change?

Just the stuff I follow in the news. About reports of it being caught before it happens, or when it happens, being punished. Earlier there were reports of honour killing or killing people who had run away from home, etc. and the killers not being punished for it - even after the reports appeared. But now, reports of such killers being caught and tried are much more common.
