Reducing taxes means people have more money in their pockets to spend, save, and invest. If they spend it, that stimulates the economy. If they save it, it gets loaned out to start businesses or build new homes or buy cars or for any of a number of other good purposes. If they invest it, that allows the businesses tehy invest in to expand, which means more product or service (and given the laws of supply and demand, lower prices.)

Reducing taxes means a lower cost of doing business, which allows businesses to invest in new machinery or new locations or expanding the payroll. Economic growth.

As I noted before, we've done this five times in just about 100 years. It worked this way all five times. Cutting taxes increases production, wealth, and liberty, and it is one of the best economic stimuli we have.
