The best part of your post, though, was the signature line, featuring your story "My Phlebotomist is a Nosferatu." That made me laugh. I'll have to check it out.
 
Even the LSD song, which they insist isn't about LSD but we all know is has far too much repetition.

Surprise, Surprise. It's a hidden track on Jefferson Starship's Jefferson's Tree Of Liberty. Supposedly the first 'appearance' of Grace Slick in years. But it's the same lyrics for five minutes, over and over and over and over and over .....

In 2003 Great White played at a club called The Station and it became a horrific tragedy due to their pyrotechnics starting a fire and the club's insulation which was not up to code (yet passed 'inspection' from the RI Fire marshals every year)

My wife and I were supposed to go to the concert, we got there early and out of nowhere I was hit with a blinding migraine, she took me home and we went to bed and were woken up by one of her friends calling after midnight to make sure we were okay and my wife asked why and her friend told her to put on the news. She told her she could see the smoke from Boston.

To this day if a Great white song comes on, I have to skip it or I'll get the shakes.

This is a YT video someone made of that night. caught when the fire started and a lot of people didn't react right away, thought it was part of the show.

She didn't write that song. Her rich daddy perceived that she wanted to be a pop star and commissioned someone else's song for his daughter to record. Then it got distribution. And criticism. A lot of criticism.

Katy Perry took pity and invited Rebecca Black to make an appearance on one of her subsequent videos, complete with a complimentary name-check. I thought it was cute, and a sweet, honest attempt to buoy the spirits of a 13-year-old girl who got crushed on the internet for the heinous crime of singing a song. Katy Perry's was a cute pop confection, too, not something I would nominate for "worst song ever", not that I would ever do so for that song or any other. Not even Toni Basil's "Hey Mickey" (unless I just did):

Okay, listen, I try not to hate things as a general rule, but no one was actually having a wonderful Christmastime making Paul McCartney's "Wonderful Christmastime." And my eardrums feel like committing a mutiny every time it's played this time of the year.
 
The interesting thing here is the songs listed say nothing about the songs, but speak volumes about the listees. Interesting indeed.
