I love reading and writing stories about mature women beginning their second lives. Their post ex-husband or late husband - lives. For decades they have been focused on everyone but themselves, husband, children, job, etc. But now the kids are have moved out, the husband is gone and she's decided that it's her time to get everything she wants, especially sexually.

Up until now, my stories have featured women who have become sexually open and adventurous and embrace their new freedom, but I want to go further. Way further.

I want Darlene to go from demure mom and wife, to a complete slut. She has been so neglected for so long she becomes completely consumed with sex. In my idea so far, the marriage is already toast from her point of view and she doesn't care if he finds out or not, but what I'm missing is the point where she dives into the deep end of the pool of complete depravity. Not her reasons per se, but that first initial moment of opportunity to let her freak flag fly.

I'm looking for a setting, a situation that is a different than your average 'mom shows up at the frat party' gang bang story. If anyone has any ideas that would kick start my creative process, I'd be happy to acknowledge your input in my author's notes when I write the story.

She stumbles on Lit and begins to read stories eventually deciding to try acting some out.



Part of the reimaging is going to a gym and working out. Someone she meets there is into things she's never even heard of.



She goes shopping. Not at a mall, but in a downtown boutique district. One little shop catches her attention and piques her curiosity. A lingerie and clubwear type shop.



At her monthly visit with old friends, she lets on about some of her changes and seeks guidance. One of them pulls her aside ... 'I've been waiting for you to wake up Dar.'

She moves out of the house she raised kids in (a serious psychological event) to a new town. Her plan is to be nearer her kid(s) and future grandkids. She makes new friends for the first time in decades that aren't "fellow parents who can drive them to soccer practice" candidates.

One new friend quickly becomes her best girlfriend.

She signs up for a class of some sort. It was supposed to be something to do with her husband to try and revive their dead marriage, but at the last minute he decides not to go. In frustration she asks her seemingly single neighbor to go with her cause she's already paid for two people, and there's three months worth of classes to attend.

Neighbor is very flirty and introduces her to a whole nother lifestyle.

Sadly, her husband has passed away. Not too sadly though as it had become a marriage of convenience, staying together for the kids as the romance had died long ago. She's now single, kids are off at college and/or their new lives and her mortgage is paid off thanks to life insurance. However she still needs to do something to occupy her time and she does have bills to pay, food to buy and entertainment needs. So she goes back into the workforce after many years away. She has basic skills, her daughter had taught her how to use a computer, and she's good with people. So she is hired to be an assistant for an executive (male or female, your choice). New boss is early 30's while our heroine is early 40's. New boss begins to appreciate her for her more intangible gifts and begins to flirt with her, only for fun of course. (wink-wink).

Boss needs to travel for a week long conference and takes the new assistant. Sexiness ensues.

Go got that right, but I think @TheWritingGroup's idea appeals to me the most. A new location, where no one really knows her could open her up for all new experiences. Literally. Combine that with the new neighbor that @NuclearFairy suggested, who is herself into some really sexy shenanigans. Maybe a swingers cruise? Lifestyle resort? If there was ever a setting to totally cut loose and embrace your inner slut, those are the places.

Or maybe just a cheap, nasty dogging experience in a park somewhere. First she watches her friends experience then she feels strong hands slide up her skirt from behind. Shaking in her excitement and anxiety she lets those hands pull her panties down.

there are other older women like her in the group, and she gets along well with them and makes a few friends... but there are also a pack of young college guys who volunteer with the group.

They're all nice boys, in very pro-social degree programs like public administration, environmental science. etc. They're total bros, goofing off and being silly with each other, but they're also very charming, and kind to the older women in the volunteer group, happy to lift heavy objects for them.

Over the course of the summer Darlene gets to know them better, she brings cookies to share with them during their weekend cleanup meets, different boys start coming to her for advice on things like girls and school (maybe she's a retired college professor?), music, maybe they start threatening to drag her to a local rock show at one of the college dive bars.

eventually you would need an instigating event to turn things sexual... maybe one of the boys agrees to stop by her house one day and help with some yard work. he just broke up with his girlfriend and is really bummed out, or maybe he's not having luck with the girls at his college and is feeling lonely, or maybe he's even a virgin, still? Anyway, one thing leads to another, and they have sex. she enjoys how strong and energetic he is, and he enjoys how experienced and patient she is. She hasn't felt this sexy and valued in years... and wants more.

fall semester rolls around, and before you know it it's thanksgiving break, and four or five of the volunteer bros aren't able to travel back to their homes for thanksgiving, including the one she's been fucking... but Darlene has a nice, big, empty house and plenty of time to cook a big meal.

She invites the boys over for dinner, and then for drinks, and then one of them produces a bag of edibles and asks if everyone wants to get comfortable and chill out for the night... and soon Darlene is the center of attention

The other classic plot for this is that after her husband dies, Darlene takes over running the apartment building they owned, now her sole property. Maybe she moves in, since she doesn't need a big house any more.

The tenants discover that their landlady is very ... flexible. In multiple senses.

(She could discover that Anastasia, the woman in 202, hasn't paid rent in two years, because she has a very talented tongue and some very skilled lips. Stasha demonstrates to her that her late husband made a great deal.)

Her girlfriend talks her into going to an all-inclusive adults only resort, i.e. Hedonism II, Negril, Jamaica. As a solo woman she'll be highly sought after by couples and solo men while there.

Yep, you are right. But they are so in my wheelhouse that it's easy to imagine the story, even though it's not as different in setting as I was hoping. I am writing all this down and I'm sure the combined effort will bear fruit.
@PennyThompson, I love your idea. I haven't yet done a holiday story and that would be very good one. Thank you.

Late 40s, early 50s. Finds herself alone for one reason or another.

Without any real goals, she embarks on a journey of self improvement more or less out of boredom. Not even really looking to date because she's pissed off at the reason she's now alone.

Part of her routine is 'power walking' around the neighborhood or town. People 'her age' don't jog as such. Over time she catches the eye of some late 20s, early 30s and they join her in her walks. That leads to group lunches and events, some of which she hosts at her home. Those become the primary focus and she finds herself not only entertaining the guys, but fostering and coaching the women. They all rub off on each other and start taking things farther and farther.


You could stay at group parties or expand to wilder stuff ... some of the friends are quite handy and help her build a form of gym that can double as a mild dungeon. Or not so mild.

Add in some tech stuff and she becomes sort of a web sensation as a kink coach ... think Dr. Ruth, but with a killer body who can walk and show the talk. Maybe Ruth morphed with Xavier Hollander.

Style her as a cross between Suzy Parker and Catherine Deneauve with some Jaclyn Smith tossed in.
