What Are You Thinking? Continued 14

Listen to the mustn'ts, child,
Listen to the don'ts.
Listen to the shouldn'ts, the impossibles, the wont's.
Listen to the never haves,

I know other people are going through their own personal slog across hell, but honestly I don’t have the capacity to worry about them. I want to care how they are doing, but I just can’t right now.
My therapist is always reminding me to make a little time for myself. Show myself the same care and compassion I show others. It’s ok to just worry about yourself.
