The "I don't want to talk about AI" thread, and the new topic is: Raquel Welch, fur bikini optional

They didn't, though. 2015 hit an all-time high of 18.1 million viewers; it dropped to 14.9 million in 2017 and 2020, but that's a little under an 18% drop, nowhere near one-third. Source

Same source: "The NFL has recorded its highest television ratings in nine years, averaging 18.6 million viewers across its first three weeks of the 2024 season."
Fair enough, although it took them until 2024 to recover 2015's ratings, meanwhile the population was still growing, which should have correlated, but didn't.
Going political definitely hurt them.

I'm not a big sports person, although I love wearing team jerseys and going to games with my friends.

Maybe I should have put my comment in controversial opions?

Come on coffee, do your thing.

Red, Vidalia ( the best!),

Love Vidalias. Have actually spent time in Vidalia. Off-season, though. Darn.

What is the thing with chain casual restaurants and red onions on everything? They're awfully strong. I don't mind too much, but the aftertaste lingers for hours. Whenever my wife gets a dish with red onions, she spends 10 minutes picking them out if we forget to tell the server "no onions!"

And just like this, I swerved the conversation from a bikiniless Rachel Welch to onions.

To the one who made the pet egg comment, suck it!

I put red onion in frigging everything lol

I'm gonna irritate some people, but I have no f**king idea how people watch golf.
My aunt got into baseball because she liked staring at the players butts. And then my grandpa started teaching her about it and enrolled her into her school teams, and she just never had the heart to tell him the truth.

No, Walla Walla are the best. But you'll never find them outside of Washington, they don't ship well and their growing season is short.

I love onions, but I can't eat the raw ones they burns. So I'll also spend ten minutes picking them out if we forgot to mention no onions. Or five minutes obsessively checking if we remembered.
