I find it ludicrous lit chat will boot you when you go to check someone's profile.

I have been pm on lit chat before but like to see a person's profile before replying or I want to check their profile before I initiate.

So what I have to do, which is crazy and too much of a hassle, is open lit chat on an old phone and look up user's profiles on my current phone. How fucked up is that?

My reasoning may not be correct but I firmly believe it is;

This is not a Lit problem it is a cellphone problem. When you have 'tabs' open in a browser on your phone the tab that is open i.e. the one you are looking at is active and is continually communicating (polling) the webserver. Tabs that are there but are not being used have been suspended until you open them. So when Lit tries to communicate with your cellphone it isn't able to answer and the session ends.

If this were a Lit problem it should then happen on all devices.

But even if that is the only tab open and you get a notification and pull down to see that notification it will boot you.

You have to commit 100٪ attention to the lit chat site and that just ain't gonna happen with me.

this might not be the place to put this, I've looked at the tech stuff, but it's not open to add comments. But I'm still having problem getting onto the Lit site. At first I thought it was my poor old computer, so I dug out a second one and that was just the same. I have bought a new computer and the problem is still there. I'm getting really pissed off with it now. I would deeply appreciate some advise and guidence in reporting this. Surly I don't have 3 duff computers!!!

oh and PS
after a while I get chucked out, I get "this page isn't loading" and I have to start again trying to find my way back in.....sorry I'm ranting now

The forum you seek is Lit Chat Support. It's been suggested to others to clear your cache and see if that helps.
