Or perhaps not. GIYF

Uh-huh. And?

https://www.mastermindbehavior.com/post/what-is-the-average-iq

"IQ, or Intelligence Quotient, is a score derived from standardized tests designed to measure human intelligence. With a predominant average of 100, IQ scores follow a bell curve, with the majority of the population's scores falling within a standard deviation from the mean. But what exactly constitutes an average IQ, and why does it matter? This comprehensive guide will unpack the calculation of average IQ scores, the factors influencing them, and their implications on both an individual and societal level."

IQ is a measure of ability to learn or reason, not a measure of knowledge. 100 is by definition the statistical average of all people.

Average IQ is not 104. Having raised and taught a large number of young people over the past 50 years, the preposterously stupid idea that IQ has declined is just that, preposterously stupid. Not to mention an arrogant assumption by older people with a stick up their ass.

IQ actually stands for Impressed by Quetzalcoatlus. It's a score of how impressed you are by this magnificent creature. The higher your impression score, the smarter you are because those things were fucking awesome!!!
I thought it stood for Ignorant Quebecois, something the Ontarians came up with

I'm impressed! That's a less common version of the acronym that had a popularity spike between 1998 and 2004, but quietly drifted into the background because of what happened on the Real World vs Road Rules Challenge. We all remember that...
