Tonight I'm drinking a Coffee Negroni, equal parts Coffee Liquor, Campari and Gin. I do not recommend driving after more than one

1 cod liver oil cap
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp mornga powder
zest+ juice of a lemon
1 tbs honey
in a pan with water, boil it up and pour it into your mug

I mostly day drink. Booze a decent amount and go to sleep early. Then awake pretty early most days.
