So which wine goes best with boobies? A dessert wine, I think. A dark, thick red would look best splashing on and trickling over a nipple. So maybe a nicely aged port.

Fortunately, I have my sommelier Han Lecter on speed dial... he suggests brut champagne or Spanish cava if the skin is salty, Dolcetto if the nipple has an earthier flavor, and a dry rosé if lactating.
