Fortunately, I have my sommelier Han Lecter on speed dial... he suggests brut champagne or Spanish cava if the skin is salty, Dolcetto if the nipple has an earthier flavor, and a dry rosé if lactating.

Even Sangiovese through mildewed socks beats Dutch wine, which mostly tastes like wet soil and national dissapointment.

I had a muscat from Amsterdam a few weeks ago. It was about as good as I expected it to be.
