Sixteen years ago RFK Jr was speaking out against vaccines, referencing the rising numbers of autism cases as proof that vaccines were the cause. He cited conjecture and conspiracy theories, not science. I met him at a conference I was working at. He was staying with some friends of mine.

I asked him what he thought about how some people can have bad reactions to different types of metals and how mercury in the form of thimerosal could be prompting similar reactions. (Even many morons like you know that some people break out when they wear poor quality jewelry, no?) RFK Jr couldn’t even entertain the idea. He had his talking points - talking points that were earning him speaking engagements.

As I said before, he didn’t have any real science; just feelings, anecdotes, conspiracies, and conjecture - just like you.
