You would think. We keep having "100 year floods" every few years. Houses get destroyed and ppl rebuild where they were. It's their property, after all. I understand it from their point of view but I would never do the same.

I remember some lecture in high school where we were taught that you need to look at the 100 year not just the 5, 10, 20 before settling anywhere - specifically to avoid these issues.

Then again, everything I was taught about how you go about getting a loan to buy a home went out the window around 2008, too.

I would definitely try that! Mg is good for sleep, too.

I grumble about how modern cars all look the same.

Then I see pictures like this, and start looking for differences between it and the 31 ford in the garage. Apparently modern cars back then looked similar too.

The shape and especially the large hood louvers on that one reminds me of the 32 Chevy.

I went to dinner with my neighbors to the spain.Inn 2 .... i think the homemade sangria does a much better job after 4 glasses.
And a shot of portuguesealmonds liqueur.... i'll pretty much drink anything l o l

My house is up on a hill. I'm about 700 ft up so the chance of a flood would have to be a biblical one!
