I get up to pee about every 2 hours. Urologist says not much an old man can do about it. But I am looking into other meds.

Yes, Bo is diesel. I'm not much of a fan of the smell of diesel, especially the exhaust. I consider it to be a necessary evil.


I can smell cordite without necessarily having to smell diesel.

Cordite=shoot.

Uncle report; doc says his lungs aren’t clear but they sent him back to assisted living. Cousin #2 is heading out to Tennessee to see Tennessee Jed (her son), and Cousin #1 is in early stage dementia so can’t be counted on. Which leaves me and momma. He’s gonna have to wait till after we go fish’n as the tables say 1245 is peak!

Gots to keep it short as SWMBO is curled up on the couch and gets snappy if she hears too much hunt’n&pek’n!

Yep - I'm on clear fluids now until Probe Day.
I expect an uptick in kidney alarms and a lack of solid blocks of sleep until it all clears.
Eyes on the prize - I already beat cancer once with that polyp that was removed a couple Probe Days of yore. Win Column there.

Allergic reactions with the diesel. What can I say? I'm a fan of breathing.

Cordite - that's that sickly sweet stuff that trickles down the back of your throat when shooting in an indoor range, right?

Thanks B2…believe it or not, it’s finally starting to wind down. Uncle is in good hands at his assisted living facility. In fact it was a small chat with either the resident doc or an orderly that triggered them calling EMS after they noticed he was pale and clammy, and he got a free ride to the ER. Don’t know if they cut the lights on for him?

You take care of yourself also. BTW have you tried some homeopathic things for the prostate? Saw Palmetto is the one that comes to mind and sure enough, when I referenced “the book” that’s what came up.
