Going to marinade some salmon. Jalapeno bourbon and just a tiny bit of ginger. Maybe a little grated pepper jack over the top, I haven't decided yet.

Roasted corn with cilantro fresh from the garden. Mix in some peppers, maybe some red onion if I have any left. Serve it as a salsa/garnish.

Think I'll finish off with some rice. A little safron, perhaps. I think I have some leftover green beans to mix in.
