AOC knocked that shit out of the park. We tried to convince ourselves in the past that it wasn't as bad as it is but JESUS CHRIST its so much worse. I still don't understand people are so pissy about Warren. Lots and lots of families have some story that may or may not be true about how in 1730 something they had a family member who lived among the natives. Nobody questions it and it really doesn't matter. Doesn't really make you Native American. You always needed a certain percentage to claim any worth while benefits out of it.

My maternal ancestors lived next to a reservation for a few generations in the 19th century. They were friends. Rumors happen, especially back then.
