Anyone from the UK?

Morning, Litizens.

Good morning everyone, driving to Lincolnshire for a few days. What should I do, where should I go?

The county is over 60 miles from end to end, so you may need to narrow that down a little.

As @munch2much says, Lincoln itself will occupy you for a day. The Fosdyke is of Roman origin, so it's the UK's oldest canal. Tattershall Castle is unusual, a mediæval castle of brick not stone. The tallest parish church of that period can be found in Louth; St James' is 295' to the top of the steeple with another 7' for the cock. The UK's first and most launched (6 times) professional astronaut, Michael Foale, was born in the town, which sits astride the Greenwich Meridian, and Alfred Tennyson was educated there. Nearby is Cadwell Park motor racing circuit and there's horse racing at Market Rasen. There's fishing heritage in Grimsby, lots of good beaches (although it's out of season for the resort towns) and the real departure port of the US Pilgrim Fathers at Boston (Plymouth was only visited to top up their supplies).

Inland is Stenigot radar station, the remaining tower being the only one surviving from 1937 (other remaining towers are post-1939), which brings us to the history of 'Bomber County'. The most obvious is Scampton, wartime home of 617 Squadron. Unfortunately both the RAF and the council have sanitised it in recent years, even going so far as to remove the original cover and inscription from Nigger's grave (installed on 17 May 1943, the day after Chastise [the Dambusters' raid]). Then there's Coningsby, for the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight and the Central Flying School display team (Red Arrows).

Further south are the bulb fields of the Fens in the district known as 'Holland' and, at the southern end of the county, the large towns of Stamford and Grantham.

That's barely scraped the surface, but you won't run out of options.
