My penis is very tiny, and panties for men leave too much room in the genital area. I'm a lot more comfortable in women's panties. I mostly wear thongs, and never have to worry about sticking out.

I was a nervous wreck at first. Now, I don't have any issues. I bought a couple pairs of panties last week from VS, and there were a few women in the same section. I didn't even really think about it. It took a while to get to this point though, lol.
