I don't know if someone has already come up with this idea. I have a feeling that this idea has already been discussed on this forum, but when I searched for it a few minutes ago, I couldn't find anything related to panic attacks. So let me know in the replies if I've accidentally stolen someone else's idea.

A son peeps into the bathroom when his mom is showering. He has a health condition that makes him prone to panic attacks. He gets one while watching her and falls into the bathroom through the already ajar door. The mom panics, seeing him lying on the floor, wet, hyperventilating, almost on the verge of death. She then remembers what the doctor had told her: hyperventilation must be stopped at all costs because it can lead him to pass out and potentially kill him. She is supposed to get a paper bag or something, but in the heat of the moment, as she panics, she sits down on his face to slow down his breathing.

This is a great story another nice idea would be the mother understands the desires of her son and from then on she creates a safe environment for him by being completely nude for him something like that, a slow burn maybe.
