You're very trusting!I operate 100% on the honor system and mostly it works out great.
It’s been broken into a few times, but mostly by drug addicts were looking for a quick 20 bucks. For the most part, everyone’s honest and occasionally I get shorted like a few weeks ago…. And then I find the extra money typically in the box a few days later.
Just last week, someone bought $30 of pumpkins and left me five dollars. Tuesday or Wednesday of last week and there was magically $25 in there and no one appeared to have bought anything else.
Who says animals don't have a sense of humor?!?Skunks are okay if you don't mess with them. They'll likely just go about their business.
The bizness partner had a part-pit doggie who killed critters that got in the yard. Damned skunks'd be a'sprayin' and she'd be a'killin'. Afterwards, she'd be a'stinkin' and a'stayin' out in the yard for the next three four days are so. Skunk'd be a'rottin'.
She tossed one over the fence one time into the next pasture. The mule came over and picked it up and the dogs lost their minds, so the mule proceeded to trot up and down the fence line and tease the dogs with the (that they considered to be theirs) skunk carcass. Wish I'd seen that.
I'm sure his family and other friends appreciated your words! Thanks Lil.
He was a damned good man.
I actually did this same eulogy yesterday at the memorial service. A lot of people came up to me afterwords.
I wasn’t planning on speaking. But I’m glad I did.
I don't know the guy but I feel sorry for Jim Nosperm!! On the other hand Angie O'Sperm (Irish?) may be living her best life.Hardwood or softwood? You know, angiosperm trees or gymnosperm trees?![]()
Thank you. Very generous of you. If you see anything of mine that you fancy, feel free to have a nibble. Was introduced to those through baking shows streamed online.
I'm much more of an eat an apple than eat a baked apple person so...

It’s good to have positive friends. She adopted him from the shelter.
Up. Kinda. Coffee.
Had a guy call me yesterday. I reckon we hadn't chatted to amount to anything in over 10 years. I was gonna call him back last night and got kinda pissy about the work thing, and then I didn't. I'ma text him today. He's a decent sort. I can add him to the couple of people I use to he'p to keep my weekends a bit more goodpeopley and a bit less isolatery.

Good morning denizens of the diner. Nothing better than a good night sleep.
