How do you prevent people from falling through the cracks that create homelessness?

My wife works with many >70 year old widows whose husbands died after long illnesses that consumed their savings. Got a solution?

Many of the street homeless are kids who recently aged out of the foster system who never learned how to manage finances. Got a way to help?

When natural disasters wipe out housing, renters on fixed incomes often can’t afford new housing in tighter markets. Got a solution?

While you can quip about how “they” should have planned better other people besides you actually have to think and help manage the problems.

Are you too simple minded to take these issues seriously?

My wife and many others do take these issues seriously while you think the solution to homelessness is to loosen the rules of engagement?

I don't have a plan. Neither did Obama or Biden. Trump is at least trying, and receiving absolutely no support from the people in charge of the cities who seem to be ok with their cities deteorating before their eyes. :)
