But it does seem that anyone my age gets lumped into the “mature” or “older woman” category and that just makes me sad!

Well if you’re 40, you’re younger than me. And that certainly isn’t “mature” anyway.

I really don’t care how old a woman is so long as she is intelligent, engaging, interesting and funny. In no particular order. Be those things first.
