A soldier comes home, he's been away, his wife decides to confess she had sex with a man from out of town he never met and who she barely knew, and that this is the solitary time she ever cheated on him. She opts to tell him out of her own volition, immediately, in-person, full disclosure, alone together to let him decide what he wants to do. He is NOT a cuckold or cheating wife fetishist and he takes it, though not violently, pretty badly... until he's overcome with jealous reclaimer's lust (a feeling he's never had before) and fucks her GREAT!*

She goes from being an average looking pretty-enough young woman to in a few weeks a total bombshell. Everybody treats her differently, and her personality changes due to her new reality.

The more modern take of the husband knowing is a fetish, pure and simple, in many ways going exactly contrary to the correct meaning of the term. It has nothing to do with female deceit, i.e genuine cheating. The two concepts sit uneasily together and frankly I'm tired with ill-read people being clearly unaware of this extremely basic difference.
