Good morning all.

Cold and windy here today. Just had to have another urine flow rate test. Bladder was so full almost painful. Glad to let it all out lol

Not really too unpleasant. Just have to keep a fullish bladder then let it out into a funnel and pot which measures the rate and quantity, then a bladder scan to check i had fully emptied as many people have bladder problems with SCI.

Yes, quite powerful but I’m pleased all the wood is similar length. It makes it easier to manage

Just had phone call from work, because i am still in hospital and cant give them a date of when I can return if ever, they are going to start the process of terminating my contract. Told them im signed off sick from hospital until at least 5th Nov. Told me they cant wait that long.

Waiting to here back from my union as didnt think they could do that while signed off sick and in hospital.

Unfortunately they can but only under certain conditions, such as not able to do the job. I know someone this happened to but the employer must show what they have done to help you

Unfortunately so. If it’s ’reasonable steps’. However the union should have the nous to fight it @SirSparky
