Our life is shaped by our mind; we become what we think. Suffering follows an evil thought as the wheels of a cart follow the oxen that draws it. Our life is shaped by our mind; we become what we think. Joy follows a pure thought like a shadow that never leaves.

~ The Dhammapada

If you don't have a story, one can always be made up. It is a literary website, after all.

As human beings we have good qualities as well as bad ones. Now, anger, attachment, jealousy, hatred, are the bad side; these are the real enemy… The true troublemaker is inside.

I think the spiritual values come first and everything else follows.

We cannot change anything until we accept it. Condemnation does not liberate, it oppresses.

Infrared scopes.

Decisions decisions . . . .
Here's a few points to ponder on thermal scopes..... scope magnification, how sharp the thermal image is, estimated life span of the image tube, whether it has Bluetooth capability, how durable, gotta read the reviews, rifle optics are spendy, Here's a biggie...... battery life... and whether or not the power source is a proprietary battery and can the battery be charged from a universal phone charger.... it'll be the shits if you drop 3 grand on a scope then 2 years later the battery stops holding a charge and you are unable to purchase a replacement........oh and make sure you get a second battery as well......good luck 😉
Never fear the night....... fear what hunts in the night 😈

Good to know! I’m just beginning research. I would like to upgrade to a thermal at some point, but I’m kind of thinking of starting with an infrared. I haven’t made a decision yet. Damn right, thermal is spendy.

Of course, I’m also looking at a laser rust remover. Those have dropped about 90% in asking price over the last two or three years.
