The $100,000 processing fee is going to seriously fuck things up for every American company like Microsoft and Amazon that laid off thousands of American workers this year with the intention of replacing them with cheap, H1-B labor from India.

No, because America isn't investing in any development manufacturing. Those who are leaders in their fields are moving to countries that do. Those who came here are also going elsewhere.
