Anyone from the UK?

Morning UK listers. Ive got my case conference shortly to talk about my progress now that my discharge date is a couple weeks away and what will happen after when I am home. Getting nervous and worried now the day is coming closer

They are very pleased with my progress so far. Mental block with standing and walking duration my arthritis in knee and worried it's going to give on me. Having a steroid injection later fo hopefully help with any pain. Community services are beginning to be set up for my discharge.

On a another note, been accepted for a blue badge

I think sometimes fear of failure or what might happen holds us back. Be bold and challenge yourself and I'm sure your walking will imporve as you get core strenght and balance.

Great news on the blue badge. Now you can park!

Yes its definitely a mental block and holding me back. I had a physio session on the pool yesterday and walked across the width of the pool. Still knee going but not worries as knew water would support me
 
One foot in front of the other in front of the other, you've got this mate!
Cheers mate. Still learning perception of where my feet actually are on the ground. Left foot wants to take bigger steps and not always directly forward which can be off putting
