Now they're saying the shooter is not in custody, and Charlie Cook's condition is unknown. News reporters often report too quickly on breaking stories and have to do updates correcting the story. I hope Mr. Kirk responds well to treatment and has a full recovery. His wife and their two children were present at the event.
