Unless the city wants to allow other politically charged flags to be flown then they need to prohibit this one.

Other municipalities have had such legal questions come up and the courts invariably side with free expression.

So if the lefty-anti-Christian rainbow people can fly their flag on public property then so can the Catholics. And since the rainbow flag is almost 100% partisan in favor of the Democrats then a corresponding MAGA flag has the right to fly there too.
