The 50 Plus Cafe, Pub, All-Nite Greasy Spoon and Dive Bar

My stepson asked if I was seeing anyone and I said yes. I could see him struggle with that information. So I steered the conversation to other topics especially good memories about his mom and I.

I never pushed my GF relationship on the step children as I realized how upsetting it might be. Still, I feel for them and hope it doesn’t mess with our relationship.
You're a kind and sensitive man, B2. I hope they realize how good you are to them and give you grace. 🤗😘💞

When Henry ran it in for 40-19, I called it a night. 🤨. Damn it! I gave up on the Bills back around ‘93 once when the Oilers were smoking their bags, and Jim Kelly got hurt. Some backup came in and won the game. It was the biggest comeback in NFL history at the time I think?

Ya never know?

Had fun at the party making my beans and hanging with good friends. It was a house divided. Wife, Steelers fan, Hubby, Jets fan. My DeeCee Football team had an easy go with the Giants. Got to spend time with the kids and grandkids last night as a thunderstorm rolled through. Great day and hope everyone’s weekend was as nice.

The coming week…ugh…yea Monday…

Don’t remember where this was and it’s not tagged but enjoy the MZ!

Beautiful shot! 😍

So happy the work day is over
That last hour was brutal

Stuck in the middle of two co-workers
Playing operator until I insisted on a group call
Only to find out - one misread EVERYTHING
Their answers were based on an entirely DIFFERENT APPLICATION than the one I specifically made sure to properly reference in my wording so there would be no confusion.
This person didn't read - they skimmed for keywords and FUBAR'd the whole effing thing.
Stick a fork in me, Beavis... I'm done!

My reaction to poison ivy has lessened and lessened over the years.
When it was really bad, my treatment method was very harsh, but effective.

I'd pierce the "blisters" with a needle, dab straight down with a paper towel, followed by pouring straight, automotive lacquer thinner over it.
That dried it up in no time.
That's not really advisable, Boat! You can get a nasty infection that way!

I clawed them open and then doused them with isopropyl.

Okay, awake - kinda.

I had the PM out yesterday. He claimed that he was truly impressed by what he saw on Wat's job. It truly is in good shape and folks are less hoardy and actually are doing the prep stuff we ask them to do. I did have the wire butchers stick with us to get a building finished and wound up chatting with several of the residents. It was pleasant, and we also cleaned up some leavings while we were at it.

Had a great visit with the landlady when I got to the work rental. She's a card. Her cats were zooming. It was great.
