We do a lot of Rolling Stones, Thin Lizzy and some southern US rock like Lynyrd Skynyrd. I'm trying to bring in more stuff from 21st century but we're all mature dudes so it takes time
My fave bands are people like Free, The Doors, The Mission, U2, Springsteen

Fantastic. I always preferred them to Sisters of Mercy. I got into goth music in the late 80's. If I was to start my own band I'd want to be an 80's goth covers band. Mission, Bauhaus, Siouxsie, Cult, Cure, Echo & Bunnymen, stuff like that

Oh shit, Noor. That sounds horrible. Hope your mum is able to recover as much as possible. And must be so difficult for you also to have to deal with that as well as mourn your Dad.
