So Dan, we have a self-appointed board who have taken it upon themselves to determine what is appropriate discourse for the AH. The "socializing" aspect must be limited to only what they want. They aren't capable of simply ignoring threads that have topics that aren't of interest to them. Instead they will try to make it personal, find fault with you or the post for some reason only beknownest to them.
Failing that they will use the same tired cliches to derail a thread.
The irony is they will criticize a thread for being a question that has been asked before by behaving in the exact same way every time.
