I dropped mine in noncon for a similar reason. I don't detail any nonconsensual sex happening, but both girls in my story are forced into their respective roles. My entry is publishing tomorrow, but it got shunted to the reluctance / non-consent category. I'm not happy about that.
On the one hand, I get it. The plot is that a girl was sold into bondage by her grandparents, so yes - non-consent. On the other hand the reluctance/ non-consent category is mostly full of rape fantasies, but my story doesn't contain rape. It actually doesn't contain any sex, just bondage. Thus, I thought it should go in the BDSM category, which contains plenty of stories with questionable consent.
Definitely leaving a bad taste in my mouth.
And I do not expect high scores specifically because I black screen the noncon aspects and just imply it.
Also, having just reread it ... I want to rewrite it when I have time to fill in all the blanks. This is definitely an abridged fairytale.
