Its been hot and dry all summer. This is a real shock to the system.

It hasn't been bad here too really. Very dry most of the summer (not exactly hot), but coming back from two weeks of 30c or more to this is especially bad.

Yeah, I've found that helped too.

Aircon was a blessing on holiday. But no such luxury at home.
